OpenOil has worked closely with officials of a dozen governments, including in Cote d’Ivoire, Gambia, Kenya, Mauritania, Sierra Leone and Zambia, as they seek to optimise terms for negotiations, forecast revenues or understand regulatory loop holes.

What we do
Open financial models are the natural next stage of extractives governance. We are running a free mentoring program to develop financial models of upstream oil, gas and mining projects, with the aim of creating a worldwide network of practitioners.
