As OpenOil’s founder, Johnny West, has extensive experience in the media development world, as well as journalism, consulting to the media on covering the energy industry was a natural fit for OpenOil.

We have consulted to Internews Network,  and Berlin-based MICT International, as well as other organisations, providing training and advice for journalists covering the energy industry.
